Richard Bruce Cheney, son of Richard Herbert Cheney & Marjorie Lauraine Dickey was born on the 30th of January, 1941 in Lincoln Nebraska. He moved to Casper, Wyoming with his family when he reached the age of 13. He was raised by his father who worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture headed the soil conservation district of Casper.
